Shipping & Pick-up Deadlines

Don't miss out! Get a head start on your holiday shopping and order soon to avoid missing shipping deadlines and sold-out products. 

We ship all of our orders using Canada Post & UPS. For all orders shipping anywhere in Canada, we recommend that you place your order as soon as possible*.

If you are local to Guelph or Kitchener Region, you may want to choose from our flat rate local delivery or FREE local pick-up options at checkout. Please note that the last day for in-store pickup before Christmas will be December 23, 2024.

Holiday Exchanges

We want to make holiday shopping easier, that's why we've extended our exchange period. Any purchases made between November 11 - December 23, 2024 can be exchanged for store credit (sorry, no returns) up to January 12, 2025. Exceptions still apply for final sale items (including 2 week exchange period for pointe shoes still applies). Please see our full Return & Exchange Policy for more information here. Holiday exchanges cannot be honoured past this date, sorry no exceptions. Thank you in advance for your understanding.

Holiday Closure

Please note that the store will be closed December 24, 2024 for a much needed Holiday break for our team. We will be open December 27-29th and then closed again until January 2, 2025. You will still be able to shop online during the closure, however, orders will not be processed until the next business day.
